Lightweight, sturdy reinforced cardboard

Reinforced cardboard is strong yet lightweight. It is used for air freight, and is suitable for both domestic and overseas transportation.
We offer a variety of types of reinforced cardboard, including everything from pallets to boxes made according to specifications, such as two or three layers.

Tri-Wall Pak

A Tri-Wall Pak is the most ideal packing material for exports.
Although it looks like ordinary cardboard, it is carefully manufactured under strict quality control in a unique process using a specially-processed water-resistant, long-fiber liner. It is extremely reliable in all aspects of performance, including resistance against compression, bursting, and moisture. It is a distinctive heavy-duty packaging material that can replace wooden boxes in export packaging.

Four-direction pallets can be accessed by forklifts from both length and width directions, making them versatile for various applications.

Wooden pallets with a long history of reliability and performance

We use wood that complies with export standards for the pallets we manufacture.
Our Numazu Sales Office has a wood heat-treatment facility for overseas exports, and we can create heat-treated pallets as needed.

We design and offer the most suitable pallets to meet our customers’ needs. We carefully offer everything from small-lot production to mass production in a short period of time in line with requests.

Warehousing

Ohmura Sogyo’s warehouses provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of our customers, including carrying in, storing, and carrying out cargo as well as inspection, logistics processing, storage, and order picking.

Our bonded warehouses allow us to provide integrated logistics services from pickup, packing, customs clearance, loading, transportation, shipping, and local transport, enabling efficient development of integrated international logistics.
In particular, our Yokohama Sales Office is one of the four designated general bonded areas in Japan, and is capable not only of storing import/export cargo but also of handling packing work.

Ohmura Sogyo has been certified by the Ministry of Finance as a specified bonded warehouse provider under the AEO Program.
